Billing Information
To order our products online, make sure you have your major credit card info (AMEX, MASTER CARD OR VISA). The name and address must match exactly as it appears on your card and/or billing statement. In addition, you must provide your Credit Card Identification Number(CID) that is located on the back of your master card or visa (3 DIGIT) and on the front if you have AMEX (4 DIGIT).

Paypal handles our online payments, you do not have to have a paypal account to purchase online.

We at Narcissus Jewelry Gallery are happy you chose our site. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for some reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return the item for a refund minus shipping and handling charges to your credit card.

All returns are subject to approval by Narcissus Jewelry Gallery. Narcissus Jewelry Gallery is not responsible for damaged merchandise due to wear and tear. Narcissus Jewelry Gallery only accepts returns if the returned merchandise has manufacturing defects, if it is of unsatisfactory quality or if it was erroneously sent to a customer.

All returns must be made within 30 days with a copy of the original invoice and returned unused in its original packing. Any items returned with signs of being worn will not receive a refund. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Authorized returns are accepted for refunds only on the credit card in which it was originally purchased on. There will be ABSOLUTELY NO CASH REFUNDS.

Narcissus Jewelry Gallery offers FCM & Priority mail shipping via USPS. Please allow 3-7 days to receive your merchandise. Upon receipt of your order, a notice of confirmation will be sent to the email address given at checkout. This notice is to confirm the order and to verify its contents. All orders are subject to shipping and handling rates.
